As the Chair of the Community Outreach Committee, Asia Hill of Carson Creative Solutions is dedicated to fostering deep-rooted connections. Her committee focuses on building strategic community partnerships and managing outreach that fuels the CEO Collective’s programs.

Asia leads a team of dedicated members who serve as brand ambassadors, actively representing the organization at local events to share our mission and vision. From identifying new engagement opportunities to securing vital corporate sponsorships, Asia ensures that the CEO Collective remains a pillar of the community—rooted in service and driven by meaningful collaboration.

Ulma Cain

The CEO Collective is honored to feature Ulma Cain on our Community Outreach Committee. A passionate advocate and the founder of We’re All Little Gardens, Ulma has spent nearly two decades at the intersection of youth engagement and food justice.

Her 16-year career as a sustainability educator and Tower Garden expert informs her work in building deep, faith-rooted connections within our local community. Known for her "electric" personality and heart for service, Ulma brings a unique energy to our outreach and partnership initiatives, ensuring our programs create a lasting, positive impact.

Meaghan Dohnert

The CEO Collective is proud to include Meaghan Dohnert on our Outreach Committee. A UNCG Alumna with a dual focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Meaghan is passionate about creating spaces where innovation thrives.

As a former leader of the UNCG Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization, she gained extensive experience in ecosystem building, managing large-scale events like the CEO Student Marketplace to provide real-world opportunities for emerging business owners. Today, she brings that same drive for meaningful connection and strategic networking to our committee, helping to bridge the gap between local talent and professional opportunities.
